OneCampus Resolution: Bulk Editor

rSmart has resolved the OneCampus issue identified on November 16 related to the bulk editor functionality. While we believe this issue to have affected only a single school, we took the required steps to determine the root cause and deploy a hotfix.

Our investigation yielded that the issue was related to loading time when using the bulk editor to edit dozens of tasks at once. During the load time, the loading screen turned off too quickly, while the load was still in progress, implying that the load was terminated.

Our team has resolved this by ensuring the loading screen remains in place until the process is complete.
